At that point it is TOO LATE to be saved. Basically, what this says is that you will also deny the grace of Jesus (if not also commit terrible acts) while still here on earth,and therefore go to hell forever with the other person. But then, taken symbolically,it could be interpreted as somebody who simply LOVES another so much.
